Applied for an apartment complex (Perry Point) in Raleigh NC. AfFTER being APPROVED & paying a $200 administrator fee, I was told that my income still needed to be verified. I spent half a day getting documents notarized and signed to provide proof of income, unfortunately was still turned away. I got the vibe from leasing agent Brenda who asked for those documents that I provided what was asked that she maybe thought my documents were falsified. My documents were very REAL & LEGIT. She said they were not accepted because they were a “copy” in which because the focused printed off. Also because there was not a “seal” on the offer letter I provided from my employer. I worked as a leasing agent for 3 years not have I EVER seen an offer employment letter with a “seal ! My time was completely

Great place to live at Governors Gate. Very few issues, ever! I only wish the management team would decide to update the apartments at Governors Gate with the 2 inch wide white faux wood blinds, smooth top range stove and stainless steel appliances. Just looks outdated for the price to pay each month.

I am living in Woodbine community, 10 days as of today since move-in, having so much issues around the apartment nothing is being taken seriously.
