After moving out, they billed me a huge amount for move-out cleaning and move-out repairs. I cleaned the house inside and out before turning in the keys, but I was still charged, including for leak repairs. I reported these leaks at move-out so they could fix them before renting to the next person. Instead, they charged me for the repairs. Overall, it felt like I got “skimmed” after moving out—like they took another layer off me after I already left.

I rented from these guys! I payed 3000 for deposit, stayed 7 months. I left it cleaner than when I moved in. They charged me 600 to clean nothing, 400 to shampoo a carpet that was in perfect condition. They also never had the heater in the back bedroom fixed the entire winter. I had to run a space heater! I would not recommend to my worst enemy!

Trina is the worst ,she ran me off and it wasn't even her property to manage, 1st time I spoke with her she just acted like she couldn't get off the phone fast enough. Then I got some email saying before they even tried to run my application I'm not going to have enough to rent place witch is a dump compared to what I could afford ,after I move back from California I work and she was judging before she knew anything .then she took my appetite fee 45$ and said I'm not sure if I can work with you when she's not who I was working with anyway ,and kept my money probably to buy luch I hope because she was hangry. Don't use this property management. Ever ZERO STARS BUT THEY MADE ME PUT ONE TO POST APP.

Professional liars. These people rented an apartment to my son and his family that was not fit to live in. No heat, toilet would not flush, tub would not drain, black mold and more. My son never slept a night in the home. They kept his rent and deposit. They screwed a veteran and his family while they moved to Klamath to go to school. I tried to call them to resolve the situation thinking that they had to be rational humans who didn’t screw people on purpose. Instead, I was yelled at and told to do my best. Do not risk your finances working with a group of unethical people like this. They should be embarrassed. Too small of a community to be such dirtbags. We will file a complaint with the real estate board AND make sure everyone we know does not fall into this same trap. Just because yo

Do not trust these people! Was promised one thing and was shown the complete opposite, not will to work with ur situation. Trenna became very rude with me in the end claiming I was trying to argue when I was stating they didn’t uphold their word!!! They asked something specific of me and I delivered exactly what they asked and got denied! Doesn’t sound like a good trustworthy company!
