Morea Apartments

I live in the Morea Building, and I would like to sincerely express my appreciation for both the maintenance and management teams. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond, professional, and highly efficient. No matter the issue, they handle everything with care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. It gives me real peace of mind knowing that any concern will be addressed promptly and properly. The building is consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained thanks to their dedication and hard work. I am also very grateful for the management team. They are organized, responsive, and truly care about the residents. Communication is always clear and professional, and they make a genuine effort to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and heard. I lived at Morea for 3 years and just moved out 2 weeks ago. I was the first resident in my unit and my years at this complex were pretty great, but there are some complaints I have. 1. The parking garage is atrocious. People speed through all 6 levels and it is extremely dangerous. I was told two years ago they were putting in speed bumps, and that never happened. The corners are extremely tight when going up the levels and I’m very surprised. I never got into a head-on collision with the people who blindly go around each turn. 2. You get two hours of free guest parking and then you must start paying. If you want an overnight guest, you’re paying $8 each time. This is just so unrealistic for having people come over to your place of living and having to pay for them each and every time.

Love living here at Morea!! We moved in years ago when it was first built and it's so wonderful to see how beautifully they upkeep the amenities and grounds on a regular basis. It really feels like living in a hotel. Gentz and his maintenance crew are always fast and efficient and go above and beyond when I ask for any kind help or repair. Bonnie in the office is so sweet and professional, she is always on top of anything we've needed here. I love that she's also been here from the beginning, so nice to have consistency and this level of care. The location is perfect and we have such beautiful park views from our apartment.

Nicolas was AMAZING! He was so kind, informative and answered every question I had. He took the time to show me multiple units. I did not feel rushed nor pressured and after my experience I had no desire to look elsewhere. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities well kept. Very eager and excited to move forward with this complex. UPDATE: I’ve been living here for a little over a month now and have zero complaints. The unit is beautiful, appliances seem brand new, the amenities are always clean/taken care of and the staff has been nothing but amazing. Nicolas and Chad made my move in experience so smooth, easy and stress free. I’ve moved every single year because I could not find an apartment I was fully satisfied with and I definitely can say Morea exceeded my expectations.

We have been living in Morea Apartments for the second year now, and we absolutely love it. After considering numerous options, we chose Morea for its perfect balance of price and quality. The location is excellent, with a park, shops, cafes, and the beach within walking distance. Most importantly, the staff is responsive and makes living in Morea feel like home. There are regular tenant parties for every occasion, and any apartment issues are addressed on the same day.
