I strongly discourage anyone from renting at Liberty Square Apartments or dealing with Montium Properties. After moving out, despite leaving the apartment in good condition and having it professionally cleaned, I was shocked to be charged nearly $3,000 in unexpected and unjust move-out fees. They also kept my full security deposit. There was no clear communication, no itemized explanation provided upfront, and every attempt to get answers was met with dismissal and refusal to properly address my concerns. What makes this experience even more disturbing is the way my friend—who came to help me clean and remove remaining items—was treated.
