My rent is never the same price always different prices and this is the first apartment complex that i have lived at to ever have a different price every month there needs to be some investigating of this place to get down to the bottom of it i've turned all paper work over to the housing authority of kings county

So me and my fiancé and my son moved in here around 2015 and the manager Liz is absolutely amazing and super friendly. She really puts effort ti make sure that the place is safe. She keeps an eye out and calls the police if anything suspicious happens and always lets the tenants know about what’s going on. The units are new, clean and nice. The outside is well kept. Just be cooperative and follow the rules and this is an amazing place to live.

Excellent location, right if the freeway. Also, cut park across the street.

The apartments are spacious and the staff are excellent! Management and maintenance always responded quickly to any issues or requests.

No one is ever available in the office they don't even answer their phone or return calls when the voice-mail is not full
