The horrors of renting from this business. I have never left a bad review on anything before but this is just a horrible business. The pictures is what we walked into upon move in. We were told everything would be clean before we moved in. They did not, all they did was add gel scent cones around the house. Wish I would’ve taken a picture of the decomposing rat that was under the sink. It’s insane that a business is able to get away with this and I’m not the first person they’ve done this too either. Check out other reviews. They also have the audacity to give you a cleaning list upon move out and state to “give the place back in the condition it was given to you.” So I showed them all these pictures and they didn’t care at all. We have a great experience with Heritage Realtors. They managed my property for 7 years and me and my wife have no complaints. Very professional and responsive staff even though we are stationed overseas. They were also our realtor when we sold our house. All necessary paperwork were taken care of and closing was timely even through the COVID restrictions. 5 star experience overall, Highly recommended!!!

I have worked with Heritage Realtors and Property Management several times in the past and can say I have had great experiences every time. The staff is extremely hospitable and helpful. This place is absolutely horrible. My ac has not been working right for the past three days and when I call to confront them about the problem the guy who runs the place Mr. Bill literally said there is nothing he can do and hung up on me. This isn't the only problem I have had with them. The master bedroom bath was broken for over a year before they fixed it witch they said would be fixed a few weeks after move in. The kitchen cabinets are still not fix and Iv been asking them for almost 6 months now and has failed to do that. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Kudos to Bill and Rosalie for helping us find our dream home within a day. The broker Bill was very helpful with our transaction and very knowledable. Our realtor Rosalie was on top of everything which made it stress free; she kept us informed and communicated very well. Great team!
