Liberty Military Housing Valley Forge

The move in process was a little rocky. I feel like the process could be more streamlined, not as many calls, and maybe have an interactive checklist to minimize the number of calls that have to be made. The ladies in the office were absolutely lovely and very helpful. We look forward to being part of the community.

Jessica and David were amazing. Jessica was on call and took the emergency call when my freezer connected to my refrigerator decided to go out. She came out at 10:30 at night to see what was going on and today 2/6/26 I have a new fridge. David helped her get the old fridge out and bring the new one in. I’m so happy with how fast they got me a new fridge. I couldn’t be happier.

First time living in military housing on base. Overall it was better than expected. For just my husband and I we were given a 3bdrm/2.5 bath in Coral Sea Park which was very generous. Home was in great condition, never had any major maintenance issues. But the ones we did have were fixed in a timely manner. Communication with leasing office was good. Very family friendly and safe of course. Shout out to Levi White who did both our pre-move-out and move-out inspection. Very professional who also explained the process well and friendly.

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and I can say it’s the best military housing I’ve seen compared to other bases I’ve been on. The maintenance crew here are quick to respond and do a great job in fixing anything you have issues in the house. Valley forges main office employees are so welcoming they made me so comfortable moving into our home here, friendly and they answered any questions or concerns I’ve had. During move out Levi was awesome to work with. During pre inspection he explained everything in detail, what to expect and made everything very easy. Levi is the man!!

Francisco was very helpful. Did the work orders quick, liberty responded in 1 day! Fixed two bathtubs and kitchen lighting in less than an hour.
