Monterra Las Colinas Apartments

I moved in here about a year and a half ago, and I’ve had a somewhat disappointing experience so far. There are some positives, but there are also several negatives that would lead me to recommend other apartments in the area. I will say that the leasing office team is excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Vivian and Anthony are prompt, kind, and helpful. First, there seems to be an unusually high amount of maintenance required around this facility. Outside the apartment, there are workers constantly around the grounds operating heavy machinery- and it often starts at 8 or 9 AM on weekend mornings. Victoria at The Monterra Apartments in Las Colinas was fantastic. I stopped by this beautiful, well-kept property today and was greeted with a warm smile and truly positive energy. She made the visit welcoming and easy. I highly recommend this community and their amazing staff!

This place has a scam agreement with a tow company. The setup is designed to make it look like normal apartment complex parking. Ive been in Texas for 40+ years and never seen such a disgusting trap. If Monterra Las Colinas Apartments cared about MORALS and being normal they would have typical signs for the spot as standard public courtesy. It's not that hard to fix and not be scammy. CMON PEOPLE IT'S OBVIOUS YOU ARE BEING SNEAKY AND SHADY SMH At the tow yard there were others calling in (AT THE SAME TIME!!) for their car from the SAME complex! Wow! $356 to get the car back! There is a reason this complex is rated 2.9 I hope the scam is worth it seems like a money maker of course if you can sleep at night thinking this is anything but trash WOW

A Wonderful Place to Live! The employees here are exceptionally well-trained and knowledgeable. A simple "good morning" or "hello" can make a big difference, and they excel at it. The complex is always clean, and the amenities are top-notch. Having lived in places without these luxuries, I truly appreciate the courteous and helpful staff. From my experience, when you find a place where people are genuinely kind and supportive, you know you've found the right home.
