Montclair Brentwood

"I’ve lived in this apartment building for a year, and it’s been an incredible experience! The management and staff are always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. The location is perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything. Plus, the neighbors are wonderful, creating a true sense of community. I felt compelled to share my thoughts in response to a review by 'David.' I found his comments to be quite unfair and misrepresentative of the situation. While he mentions issues he had with the building, I believe it’s important to offer a balanced perspective. David was, in fact, evicted after multiple opportunities to resolve matters peacefully, and during my time here, I personally witnessed some concerning behaviors that were a part of his challenges. There are two parts to this review. First, the management team and second, the building/location. #1 The management team and staff are great. Helpful, polite, and good people. Five stars. Unfortunately, that’s not why you choose a building. #2 the building looks great at first glance. They’ve tried to make it a bit more luxurious. However, the inadequacies reveal themselves over time. The location is one of the most convenient spots in Brentwood. Easy walking to anything you need. Downside is The intersection of Bundy and Montana is one of the busiest, particularly for LAFD. They come down Bundy for almost every call and creates a disproportionate amount of noise than other parts of Brentwood, by a lot. On the west side of the building (facing Bundy) there’s a schoolyard for the church

I have not viewed a community like this in Brentwood since 555 Bareington opened almost 30 years ago. These apartments are huge and all have top of the line finishinishe.The management team are amazing.They took so much time showing the apartments and the building ammenities while answering all my questions.

For a building that was meant to be the Apex of luxury, unfortunately it is being run into the ground. I am a tenant of over 2 1/2 years and for six months I’ve been trying to reach the landlord to no avail

High class living. Security guard and professional Management. Recommended!
