Montclair Apartments

They have no phone number for residents incase of emergency also dirty unfitted living seems lots of people walking around all night when I visit seems like there is drugs happening around the area I would not live there if it $100 a month. Management/maintenance are worthless don't do there jobs right at all always cops there nah I'll never live there especially with my children nope.

I moved in August 2023, it was the worst apartments you could ever imagine. I don't recommend anyone living here.The property manager is unprofessional, rude, doesn't do anything but drink and talk about certain tenants to everyone out loud. I asked John (property manager) to fix the fridge 4 times cause it kept turning off and I had to throw food away constantly. He never fixed it and said he didn't have time to fix it but I always saw him sitting in front of his apartment drinking with his son and the neighbors that lived next to him. The roaches in the apartment was like they were roommates all over. My kids would wake up in the middle of the night with roaches crawling on them. I do not recommend. I've been living here for almost a year. First I went to a newer apartment because they did not have two bathrooms available. As soon as I released I moved from apartment I was forced to pay again the fee of 150 dollars that was in less than two months that was living in the condominium. Okay, I paid the fee and I moved the apartment. Since then I've changed administration 3 times. But the problems continue. Since the beginning of December, lights of my children's rooms do not work. Under the sink is leaking and the sink is falling apart. The blind curtains in my living room were already broken and they have not been fixed until today. Beyond the ceiling of my suite is falling. Onsight Management Is terrible,Been asking for a filter and haven't got anything for 3 months,They need work done the onsight manger needs to be fired and replaced with a new working manager,the area is always dirty filthy,with drug attics drug dealing and smoking were they want around the complex,I don't recommend these apartments they Are terrible and I'm giving a one star because I don't feel comfortable living here

Shady at best. Went to the office inquiring about studio or one bedroom. The gal helping, trying to help me, was two days into the job, had no knowledge which Apartments were available. Didn't know the prices, actually told me to talk to the person who is working the office the next day. This place changes management companies like air filters, every six months...
