Nice place to live, affordable, clean, mostly quiet, feels safe, conveniently located, no pest issues whatsoever. Been here 7 years.

I had the pleasure of working with Shanice during my apartment search, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly calm, kind, and patient throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism and gentle demeanor immediately put me at ease, and her understanding nature made me feel heard and valued. She went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my decisions. It’s rare to meet someone as genuinely caring and attentive as Shanice, and I am so grateful for her help. She is truly an asset to her team, and I highly recommend working with her!

Lived here for a year over all not a bad place at first. BUTT then came the roaches had the place treated 3 separate times the weed smell was obnoxious couldn't open our outside unit door. The biggest issue and please pay attention to this if you don't give a written statement. Of not wanting to renew the lease either 60 or 90 days you will get hit with a 2,700 charge. It's hidden in the lease and they don't discuss that with you when signing!! Even spoke to front office when was given new lease and told them I was not going to renew still got hit with 2,700

I have enjoyed this community so far and hope to continue enjoying it for as long as my family is here. Neighbors are friendly and the office staff as well. I would highly recommend living here. The closeness of the community will definitely make you feel welcome.

These apartments are pretty great. Great price for what you get. Nice flooring and carpet even though some of the floor panels don't match up. Also, some of our door frames have chew marks that were just painted over and not filled and painted. Everyone in out building is nice. The location is safe. I love our apartment. For the most part, these apartments are great, just a few things that arent perfect. Overall, they're great starter or low income apartments.
