Melissa Stewart helped my husband and I purchase our first home for our family after about 2 years of house hunting with her. She stuck by us through the entire process and made sure that we found the perfect home for our family. I was very nervous about purchasing my first home during the beginning of a pandemic, but with Melissa's help, it was the best decision I have ever made. Being new home owners we had many questions, and Melissa was always there to answer them and explain reasoning for whatever the case may have been. 2023: I'm back, and just like I said, I bought again. And once again, Melissa did it! This one was even more challenging, but Melissa and her knowledge of her domain and diplomacy won the day. We are eternally grateful. 2021: I have worked with Melissa twice to buy and sell a home. Both times, I went in hesitantly given market conditions and didn't think it would be possible. Both times, she was patient, understanding, and considerate of my wants and needs. Both times, I sold and bought happily. I am planning to buy and sell again in the next two years as my family grows and I plan to work with her again!
