Modera Revere Beach

I had a great time touring Modera and ended up taking advantage of the 2 months free and signed a lease! Anthony and his leasing consultant Drake have been a great help coordinating the move in process and are really easy to contact- they have also been very flexible regarding move in dates, move in specials, and let me choose my assigned parking spot ( which is a lot more than other new buildings on Revere Beach ) It’s about a 25 minute walk to the T but will have a shuttle during the week. It’s a really beautiful building right on the water and would definitely recommend checking it out!

We have just moved in and have had nothing but a smooth and expedited experience so far. We had a unique scenario of a flooded apartment and existing management that wasn’t helping at all so we had a very short timeline. Anthony and Drake worked extra to ensure our process went quickly and we would be able to move in with very short notice. We have experienced very fast response times and look forward to working with the whole team in the future. The unit and amenities are beautiful and we are very excited for our new home.

I recently moved into Modera and have nothing but great things to say about it! Anthony and Drake in the leasing office have been the most accommodating and friendly team. My last apartment flooded and the management was awful in dealing with it so I quickly had to find a new apartment. Anthony personally took time after hours to reply to emails very quickly and I was able to sign a lease. Upon moving in, Drake made sure the process was easy and helped me in any way she could! With a very busy schedule and understanding our difficult situation, she still was able to give us individual attention. I am so excited to live here and continue working with the team. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are awesome.

I recently visited new tenants in this building and was so impressed by the amenities, the view, and the attentiveness of the staff. From management to the leasing office, communication has been really smooth and helpful. My cousins are so excited to make this their home - a singular location with a stunning view. I can’t wait to come back and visit in the summer and enjoy the full potential!

I recently toured Modera Revere Beach and I was very impressed by the location, views, and the management team- definitely a top choice for renting! If you have a chance to visit and live here you should take it!
