I have lived at Modera Mosaic for nine years and have absolutely no regrets. This apartment community is safe, centrally located near stores, and home to families, children, and individuals alike. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. Britney assisted me today, and her professionalism and welcoming attitude truly stood out. She made the experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you to the management team for your continued commitment to providing residents with excellent service!

We went on a tour with Brittany, she was extremely attentive and personable. We were left with no questions to ask because she was very thorough during our tour. The complex was well maintained and quiet (surprising since mosaic is busy). As we continue searching for our next home modera is definitely a top contender just because the management was so friendly. I also really liked Mill Creeks lease terms. In comparison to many of the big property management companies in NOVA they do not have predatory lease terms and that is a huge plus as it seems they truly care about their tenants.

I absolutely love living at Modera Mosaic! From the moment my husband and I toured the property, the leasing agents were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, making the entire process smooth and easy. The staff throughout the community are welcoming and always ready to assist, which makes it feel like home. The maintenance team is fantastic. Any request is handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. On top of all that, the location is unbeatable, close to everything I need while still offering a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I couldn’t recommend Modera Mosaic more!
