Mode Title, LLC

Mode Title and especially Dena and Jocelyn were fantastic to work with. We were not familiar with the selling process. Dena patiently and professionally answered all of our questions. We felt we put a lot of trust in them as we did our closing from overseas, but that trust was well placed and everything went smoothly, with the wire transfer of our proceeds going to our account the same day of closing. Dean explained the transfer could happen the next day, but we appreciate how carefully and thoroughly she explained each step. She was extremely patient and we would definitely work with her again.

I've been working with the team at Mode Title for years. I've also conducted business with many other title companies in the DC-metro area. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Mode is among the most competent, professional, knowledgeable title companies out there. From run of the mill closings to complex transactions with multiple trustees, POA issues, tax liens, whatever the case may be, the Mode team has handled all these situations seamlessly. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Mode for many years to come!

Updated Review I previously left a review sharing my experience with ModeTitle. Since then, I have received a cease-and-desist letter from them requesting that I remove my feedback. While I have updated my review, I believe it is important to share my honest personal experience to help others make informed decisions. My experience with ModeTitle did not meet my expectations for a transaction that went through their firm, and I felt it was important to share my perspective. I attempted to resolve these concerns by asking for specifics about the transaction, but the outcome was unsatisfactory and unresolved. I am surprised that the business chose to send a cease-and-desist letter rather than addressing my concerns directly. I hope Mode Title focuses on resolving customer concerns in the
