Golden Raintree 6 homeowner Maurice DePalo very appreciative and happy with the work of Mand M Property Management .Casey Tappan especially is very helpful in getting things done and solving issues He is working on mitigation reports i needed and solveing sn overgrown tree on my property. He answers all e mails and is willing to solve our community problems.

We have had M&M for a few months now as our new condo management. They have been so responsive to our calls and emails when we have issues or questions. Carly Tappan has gotten back to us quickly and has gone above and beyond to find solutions and to keep us in the loop. They are professional, polite, and easy to speak with. If I could give - 5 review I would . I'm not sure how anyone gave Jacob Weil 9 properties to manage but he is the WORSE !!!! My house caught fire the rood Leaked and I was hospitalized and no one has followed up with my document request . And to make matters worse the pompano location will never answer the phone and when u go in person they are confused about a simple document request . The vista gardens community is a mess . I do not know what to do .

We recently went through a very difficult situation in our building, where we were without power for 48 hours — something we had never experienced before in Palm Aire. I want to thank Mary and her team at M&M for the incredible job they did during this crisis. Despite the challenges, they worked nonstop to secure a generator and stayed in constant communication with FPL and the electrician to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Their dedication, professionalism, and quick response made a huge difference for all of us. And I want to thank them not only for how they handled this specific situation, but also for the way they consistently manage and support our community every day.
