If you were looking for a company to hate this is it! They make their money by buying cheap complexes and cranking up the rent. They’ve owned my complex for maybe a month and a half and without making any improvements they are raising my rent 150 bucks with the minimum notice (45 days) which means they actually are raising my rent on Christmas Eve. I will pay 150 more a month when the cockroaches start paying their fair share. Great company for exploiting the vulnerable! This place should be condemned.

I strongly advise against renting from this company. Our experience with the management, particularly Monique, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We had secured an apartment for my mother, with payment received and everything in order. Despite paying for early move-in, the unit was not ready due to cleaning issues. The management then offered us the option to either move her into a different unit, take back our check and find another place, or wait an additional week before she could move in. This was unacceptable and potentially illegal, as we had already signed the lease and made payment.
