Mister Management

I am sharing this review to provide factual feedback on the fee structure and billing practices of this property management company for other associations considering their services. The management company administers an annual $200 rent administration fee for owners who rent out their units. This fee was introduced relatively recently, and there has been limited clarity regarding the specific services it covers or how the amount is calculated. Owners are informed that communication regarding this charge is handled electronically, and no paper bill or invoice is sent for the annual fee, even when requested. At our last annual meeting the Woodridge Knoll owners applauded, when advised we were leaving Mister Management. That speaks volumes for the community sentiment about the quality of services provided. Wish we could assign negative stars!

Received a violation letter as a new owner — no photos, no prior notice, and inconsistent enforcement. When I requested details, I was told to “look it up.” Homeowners deserve due process, clear evidence, and consistent application of rules. This feels targeted and unprofessional.

Mister Management has managed our condo complex for a few years now. Our rep, Josh Smith, does an outstanding job as a liasion between residents and our board of directors. He is courteous, professional, and very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. When there is a matter for a board decision we feel confident that he will keep us posted with the outcome. It's like we have a voice in the room when he represents us.
