Noble on the Lake

As one of the first tenants, moving in August of 2023, Noble on The Lake has been a great place to call home. The Ranch units are spacious and very well designed. The MyQ garage with taller door, nice can lights and hose bib inside it was a great addition that isn’t found at most Apts or even homes. Love the open floor plan, appliances and gas stove (compared to electric). The patio is the right size and great for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Lots of wildlife and peaceful with great friendly neighbors. Will be amazing once the pool and clubhouse opens. That pool deck location on edge of lake facing West will make an awesome place to hang out and relax. The Brighton Market and Cozy Inn across the street made it so convenient as well. James was fast, efficient and knowledgeable regarding my jammed garbage disposal. He did an excellent job. And, as always, with a pleasant attitude and big smile. He always spreads joy where he goes. Love it!

I’m disappointed to leave a low review for a community I truly hoped to love. While I’m very happy with my apartment and appreciate the maintenance team’s responsiveness, the overall management and amenity follow-through at Nobile on the Lakes have been very disappointing. When I moved in, I was told there would be a swimming pool, kayaks, paddle boards, and a pickleball court. The pool was delayed for over a year, and since opening, it has been frequently closed for maintenance. Other amenities, such as the fire pit and paddle boards, remain unusable, and basic improvements like mirrors in the fitness room still haven’t been addressed. The facilities are beautiful but seem more for show than actual use. Communication from management has been poor, and concerns are often met with defensive

Our garage door was not working. James came and tried to figure it out. After awhile he called in the door company who would come 2 days later. They came and the door worked but both our cars and the key pad didn’t. I called the office late in the day and Gemma put in a work order. We hoped it would be fixed before I left town the next day. After 5 I figured it would wait til the next day but then the doorbell rang and there was James smiling at me. I said but it’s after hours. He said I’m here now so let’s get this done. He and my husband fixed all 3 things quickly. This is not the first time James went out of his way to help us. We are lucky to have him at Noble on the Lake. Colleen came in to replace the The last leasing manager and has really done an excellent job taking care of issues that had never gotten taken care of before. Colleen is definitely pro resident and an amazing addition to the team.
