Brighton Glens

I planned to live here for a year between moves or I would have stayed a very long time. The staff are truly amazing and helpful. There are no got ya's in the contracts or with your security deposit. Maintenance cares about you and the building and Tristan is always happy to help. I would recommend them 100%.

I love my new apartment. I moved in two weeks ago and am very comfortable. The maintenance team is great and the rental department was outstanding with providing me move in information. I’m proud to live in Brighton now, and I love the downtown easy access/scenery.

We love living here! Maintenance requests are answered quickly and the maintenance guy is incredibly kind and helpful. Apartments are spacious, updated, clean, and prices are fair. We’re backed up to the woods so we have lots of birds that come by, which is pleasant to watch in the morning. Any issues are so minor and we can easily overlook them given all of the great things we enjoy about living here. Very close to downtown, right off the freeway, but set back far enough that it feels like a private oasis. We’ve been here for almost 4 months now and it’s been great. I really have no complaints.

worst apartment I have ever lived in, bugs everywhere and had mice!! i would give 0 stars if it was possible. beware of bottom floor units as they flood when it storms. we were told that the bugs are what happens when you “live in the woods”. i am sure that cockroaches are not part of normal bugs, in our new apartment in the same area we have not seen a single bug! the leasing agent victoria was rude, the manager shayna was also incredibly rude and dismissive. the front office (Anna) lost our ESA letter, then tried to fine us for not registering our cat, which i gave ALL documents upon move in. one day when i returned home i saw my cats playing with a dead mouse!! (my cats are strictly indoor). multiple cockroaches were found despite us keeping our unit clean. they let us break our lease e

Brighton Glens is overall a decent place to live. I currently live here, and I have nice neighbors. It’s a peaceful place and I absolutely love my apartment. This apartment a safe community with a reasonable cost for living. It’s located in a nice area, very close to downtown, I-96 and highway 23. We had several minor maintenance issues and management was always quick to respond (almost always next-day). Staff is very friendly.
