Mission Ranch

Wouldn’t recommend. I’ve lived here two years and it’s never been great. There have been COUNTLESS break ins to cars and homes. (Including my home last night.) The townhomes are smaller than an actual shoe box. The management has never been anything more than what I would describe as “meh”. My ac went out like three times and one time it was out for like four days because the maintenance people couldn’t (or didn’t want to) go and get a specific part. My smoke detector broke at one point and would stop beeping. Maintenance came out twice and I think it just got unplugged. I don’t think it ever really worked again. Not worth the price. Not worth the hassle. There are definitely better places in Lindale to live!!

WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED! These people call themselves christian but will screw you over. When we moved in I told them the garage smelled like hot, sour dog poop, and they assured me the tenant before didn't have a dog..come to find out, not only did they have a dog, but they kept it in the garage after it killed their other dog. WHICH WAS BURIED IN THE BACK YARD. Then when we moved out they tried to seriously screw us on the deposit. They tried to charge us for the removal of a cabinet in the garage, which upon move in they told us we were "lucky" to have because none of the other units have. They tried to charge us an outrageous cleaning fee, even though WE paid to have it cleaned. I could seriously go on for days about their crappy excuse for maintenance and how they left my neighbor

MR is okay. I like that I can't hear my neighbors thru the wall. I don't like that my carpet wasn't shampooed and some minor repairs weren't already fixed before I moved in. I also killed a scorpion my first week in the bathroom. Not a big deal if you live alone but I have a three year old. Would hate for him to get stung :(
