They need to make the place a little more presentable. When you pull in everything's filthy Landscaping is nasty dead trees. Got the message some apartments are rented out and they're still trashy
The apartments are very old. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE simply because of maintenance and the manager. I’ve had a hole bigger than my hand in my floor for 2 months now, I now have a water leak in the roof, and I’m getting ignored everytime I send a message about either issue. Literally almost every unit in this complex either doesn’t have working ac or working heat. Some folks have told me they’ve been waiting to get their ac fixed for over 2 years now. And the manager says that they can only fix one unit at a time because of a budget?? But you literally never see maintenance walking around fixing anything. PLEASE do not move here!!!
2025 new owner much better than last. They are trying to update.
Nice affordable apts. With good neighbors.
Really good deal on 1 bdroom and 2 bdroom apts.
