Toni was a great property manager the entire three years I lived at the duplex. She was always super quick to respond, usually within a day, and really helpful anytime something came up. It made things so much easier knowing she was on top of everything. I really appreciated how easy she was to work with!

We rented with Lindale Rentals for a year and were very happy with our experience. We moved from VA to TX and I was so nervous about completing an application process from so far away. The property manager Toni, made everything smooth and easy. She also provided all the information I needed to set up my utilities, which was so helpful. She was quick to respond when we had a roof leak after a very heavy storm, and had the issue fixed within a couple of days. They are an attentive company, and even think of ways to make it feel like a community. Such as their Christmas lights contest. The move out process was also easy, with great communication.

Toni is hands down the best landlady ever. She has been so helpful! I lived there for a year and a half and she always answered when I needed her. And assisted with anything I needed with a smile on her face. Thank you 😀

My father rented from Lindale Rentals for 2.5 years. In that time I had frequent contact with the property manager. My experience with Toni was outstanding. I found her to be very prompt in responding to requests and she went above and beyond to address any issues we may have had with maintenance issues. Lindale rentals was my gateway into Texas, and I signed a lease from 850 miles away. I worked with Toni to try and get everything set up and she made it very easy for me to get everything done! The units are nice, neighborhood is mostly quiet, and the back yards are big enough for kids to throw a football comfortably. If I ever had an issue I would get ahold of Toni, and she would always be there as soon as she could to fix it herself, or get somebody that could! If I ever need a living space in the future, I would definitely pick lindale rentals again.
