Miramont Apartments

Worst experience renting thus far. Did not have apartment ready upon move in nor was the lady covering in the office made aware of our move-in date. Took 4 months to do balcony re-construction and was not able to use it for a quarter of the year long lease. Took about a month to get a response when attempting to contact about the balcony reconstruction. I ended up having to thread in the regional manager to get a response. Replaced fridge appx a week after moving in causing us to toss lots of food. Had an interior door handle & lock on exterior/front door. Dog park was disgusting and filled with poop a majority of the time. Re-culking over mold in bath tub. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets pop off of hinges.

This is the best experience I've ever had trying to rent. Kira is phenomenal. Every other place I've tried to apply to has just made me feel less than human. But Kira was so kind, so welcoming, and the entire process has just been so smooth and easy. That in itself makes all the difference in the world. Update after move in: when I first moved into my unit it hadn't been cleaned in between tenants, but I have been very impressed with how they have handled the situation and they're making it right. I moved in over the weekend and expressed my concerns on the move-in inspection sheet. I got a call from maintenance first thing Monday morning and within 24 hours they had a professional cleaning crew come in and maintenance is taking care of all of my concerns. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with the Miramount apartment complex, especially during the application and move-in process. Savannah made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. The application process was smooth, straightforward, and impressively fast. I was honestly surprised at how quickly everything moved. What really stood out was the communication. Savannah kept me informed every step of the way, responded promptly to questions, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. It took a lot of stress out of what can usually be an overwhelming process. If you’re looking for a place where the staff is professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful, I highly recommend Miramount. Based on my experience, you can expect a seamless, well-communicated, and speedy process.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost four years, mostly because we hate moving that much and we like the lake behind the complex. Every year our apartment roof has leaked in multiple spots and it's been a struggle every time to get it fixed, it it even gets fixed. During one leak, we had a hole in apartment for four months before they finally came and "fixed it" and is now molding over. There's been a lot of turnover in the last few years and we seem to get forgotten every time. We currently have a hole in our roof by our front door that has been there since September? The old maintenance manager has just always said "it's been bid out, etc". But now he's gone. A maintenance worker from their sister community finally came over today and promised it will get fixed.
