My boyfriend have been living there for a year due to work. His thermostat still does not work properly. Went a couple weeks back to the office and spoke with Camille on his behalf. Aside from a strong scent of cannabis from the property manager (that was an unfortunate odor) was told the thermostat would be fixed. Nothing as of yet. We are moving out.

Writing this review as reporting them to the BBB, disputing, and suing. We left our place basically move in ready. We paid all the ridiculous fines and fees that ran over $2k plus just cause we were fed up with this place. Months later here we are and the nightmare isn’t over. They came after my credit without ever reaching out, stopped me from moving into other places in the area because a negligence on my credit now and say that I owe $1k plus STILL! They took our deposit and made claims but we have proof of everything. Do not move here cause they will scam you, this manager is trash and I can not wait to get this fixed and hope it causes her to lose her job. Below is the condition of our place when we left. Now tell me how it’s not clean and destroyed. And info provided isn’t compliant

Unfortunately, my experience with this property wasn’t great. The property manager was unhelpful and slow to address maintenance issues, making it difficult to get things fixed. When moving out, there was also little understanding or support in ensuring I received my security deposit back. There are many better-managed apartments in Fort Myers — I’d recommend exploring those instead.

Scott was amazing and nice, had many issues with past maintenance but so far he’s been super sweet. He’s good at informing people of why their issues is happening unlike other maintenance that didn’t know what they were even looking at. So thank you Scott.
