They do not seem to care that there is someone running a chop shop in their parking lot. Got a million cars all up and down. Parking near your unit is hard to find evenings after work. Bunch of old cars that never move. Nothing is being done. Pool has been closed for years now. Hidden and over priced utilities. Poor management.

Hello, I lived there almost nine years. Moved out Dec 20th 2025 and left the apartment cleaned, vacuum. the stove , blinds , refrigerator all cleaned. The manager took my prorated rent and applied it the utilities which I didn't get a statement. she then took my security deposit and use for cleaning and reglazing the bathroom and counter tops which was not damaged this unit had little to none wear and tear. They took all my money and gave me 25.00 dollars back from 600 hundred dollars prorated from the rent and 500 hundred dollars security deposit which in return of 25.00. I never got walk through upon leaving I just received a statement saying that I was charged for cleaning and reglazing which I thought was apart of the maintenance turning the unit around for the next tenant. Great place to live worst office management staff. They are un-professional, rude and mean. I have been here almost five years. We get a new office management staff every year and a half. This crew is the worst ever. Please don't be enticed by any of the amenities because they're always broken. It is a transient community because they raise prices and gouge you in utilities and fees that are unexplainable. People are always moving in and moving out because the way they are treated here. The apartments are beautiful.The amenities could be beautiful.They're just never maintained and please don't have a question for management staff.They are either too busy, not in the office, or rude. Do not fall for the "low rent" trap at Mira Vista Hills. While the price might look attractive, you will pay for it in stress, lack of sleep, and safety risks. Here is the reality of living here: The security here is terrible. People fight outside all night long, making a mess and keeping residents awake. When you actually manage to find security to report an issue, their response is, "What do you want me to do?" instead of taking action or calling the police. It is a genuine safety concern to live here. Management is quick to offer an apology, but that is where it ends. They take zero action against the people causing the disturbances.
