DO NOT MOVE HERE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS and the 5 STAR reviews .I am a current resident who has lived here 2 yrs. It's pretty obvious most of the 5 STAR reviews are from non residents , businesses that work w/ M Station, fake accts, or people that just signed a lease and were asked to a leave a positive review to boost the poor ratings here. The 1 STAR reviews are sadly accurate of the experience living in this "luxury " apt complex. THE ACCURATE rating would not be 3.6 if it wasn't for all the non residents/fake accts trumped up reviews. Coastal ridge (property owner) is a nationwide property company that is extremely cheap and inattentive. They only care about the bottom line, not the living experience at the building. Most of their properties nationwide have terrible Google scores

We moved into this building about two months ago, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. Lisa, the leasing manager, is truly the best we’ve never met someone so organized, timely, and genuinely caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure every resident has a great experience. The building itself is extremely well-managed and always spotless. The amenities are top-notch, and we love having so many beautiful walking trails just steps from our door. On top of that, the community here is incredibly friendly, which makes it feel even more like home. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

Nice new building, but poor management makes it frustrating to live here. Guest parking is extremely limited (about five spots total), and guests risk being towed from nearby lots for excessive fees. While the unit looked nice, the construction quality and maintenance were lacking. I moved in with a fully shattered glass patio door that was never repaired and paint splattered across the counters, floors, sink, and backsplash from painters. A broken set of bedroom blinds took five months to fix, including an unannounced entry to measure with no notice or communication. Maintenance was rude, and during move-out I couldn’t use the loading dock due to a leaking pipe with no alternative offered. There is NO WAY the good reviews are real. All of the bad reviews are 100% accurate. NOTHING WORKS, AMMENITIES TRASHED!!! NO PARKING, TOW CARS even when parked in designated spots. STOLEN PACKAGES, repeatedly.... The man that works in the office is ZERO helpful and ZERO nice. I promise you will regret moving here, but after touring the property, I can't imagine you would anyway.

I live in this building and have experienced serious, ongoing problems that have made living here stressful and expensive. During winter months my electric usage repeatedly spikes to more than triple what is normal for an apartment, resulting in $300–$400+ electric bills in a brand new building. Xcel Energy previously issued a billing adjustment credit on my account after an investigation, acknowledging that something was wrong — but the same problem has returned again this winter. This strongly suggests an ongoing building heating or electrical system issue rather than personal usage. I am also not the only resident in this building experiencing similar utility spikes I was told that by Lisa.
