Avidor Minnetonka

My husband and I scheduled 4 tours of new Apartment living in the Ridgedale area/Minnetonka today, 11/15/25. Our 1st tour was with Lori at Avidor. We toured 4-5 units and I must say, we were over the top impressed. The last unit was our absolute FAVORITE, and we already have it decorated to our style. Lori takes home the gold on service and hospitality. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and patient as we toured the units while having our sidebar conversations of pros and cons of each unit. Honestly, there were no cons! We have found our new home!!! Now the stars need to align on the sale of our single family home so we can move to Avidor! I had looked at a few 55+ apartments, and had one more scheduled to tour. From the moment I walked into Avidor and was greeted by Lori, I knew I found my home! She was so friendly and welcoming! As we toured, she introduced me to several residents. Everyone was so nice! The building is beautiful and everything looked tidy, yet comfortable. I’m so excited to get settled into my new home. Thank you Lori! You were a big part of why I chose Avidor!

I have owned my home since 1968, and have lived at Avidor since it opened five years ago. Location! Location! Location! I love the convenience of being close to shopping, restaurants, freeways, and parks.

Lori Hirsch was outstanding introducing our family to all the advantages and options at Avidor Mtka. Was very patient, professional and thorough in showing us everything. Introduced us to residents for a firsthand experience of the atmosphere and community feeling. We could not have been more impressed.
