I called looking for an agent and the brokerage number is forwarded to Carol’s cell. She was so rude to me when I got confused thinking I had the wrong number because she answered, “This is Carol” instead of “Thank you for calling Milwaukee Executive Realty”… I tell her I got confused and and she states, “Well you would have known if you had actually looked at the website.” 😳

Horrible! Carol is not a honest realtor/broker! She had me invest money and then sold the property to someone else! A complaint has been filed and waiting for review! Please avoid at all cost unless you want to feel cheated!

We worked with JoAnn Otto. When an issue came up, she handled things immediately. Her responsiveness, flexibility and accessibility were invaluable. Thanks to her we were consistently able to stay ahead of and control circumstances around the sale rather than simply react to them. I would recommend her to a friend.

They allowed their real estate agent to sell his own property using their website. The property had preexisting water damage, clogged drain tile system, asbestos tile that was covered up by carpet. The agent lied on the condition report deceiving buyer. Don't trust these people.

JoAnn Otto does not have the proper knowledge of her industry to effectively represent someone selling or buying a home. Her understanding of contract law is so limited that it is surprising that she was able to pass the tests necessary to obtain her license. Her lack of knowledge and inability to properly protect her clients when writing contracts puts her in dubious positions that put all parties at risk.
