I’d like to give my review regarding Mills property mgmt. Shelby is wonderful. From the first day I met her she treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. She is very professional and educated in matters of her work. I had no problems with this company. The communication has been excellent. I really appreciate a company like this who will give hard working people a chance to have a great place to live. This world is not easy and we often fall on hard times and things go sideways at no fault of our own. This company has given me a chance when countless doors have been shut in my face and I’ve been treated as if I were a terrorist or something awful. I would give them a negative rating if I could. Absolutely do not rent from them. I dealt with major structural damage due to an issue I brought up years ago and got made to feel like I was the crazy one for being concerned about it. I noticed water damage in my kitchen 3 years into my tenancy, and immediately let them know. They let it ride for about 9 months before they did anything, and their solution was just to plaster over the hole that I kept complaining about. In July of this year, my ceiling completely collapsed. Mold started visibly growing on my ceiling. All they did was spray a solution that I could have done myself and what a surprise, it grew back. During that time, I went through a complete back and forth with them, filled with them gaslighting me, making me feel like I didn

I have got to say i am almost finis with my lease and I have had no issues with them at all. The ladies in the office are always friendly and with a warm welcoming when you go in. Anytime you have a bug issue or maitence issue they have been quick to respond which i rarely have any jssues but when i do request they are on top of it. I was worried because of all the other reviews but sometimes you have to take a chance. People will always submit a bad review more on their experience then a person who had an overall good experience. In my case ive had an amazing experience so far and will leave another as well

They charge a 65$ application fee and upon denial of application you have to wait 6 months too submit another. It's robbery , I have applied 2 times here 6 months apart and Instead of helping or allowing to try for different apartments I'm told try again in 6mo . Don't Recommend

Doing research on property management companies as I am looking to maybe move. I seen all the negative comments on this place and decided to not let that affect my decision. However after being told the house is move in ready I went and looked at it. It was filthy, damaged and not ready to move in. After telling them and showing pictures of the place they responded well it’s an old house. Old house, not exactly it was built in 2016. It was just dirty and they said they weren’t gonna fix the damaged walls or floors. I understand it’s not brand new but they should at least of attempted to clean it. Here’s just a few of the pictures
