Mill's Crossing Apartments

I could not be happier. The 3rd floor has the best view. I love the 10' ceilings and the walnut red-brown floors and cabinets are fantastic. It's a complete different experience from my life living in Miami.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT rent here. Probably one of the worst apartment experiences that I’ve ever had, management doesn’t care and is rude. Walls are super thin (bad neighbors), trash everywhere, not clean at all. Take your money somewhere else, anywhere else.

Do not live here. Predatory business practices in their lease designed to trap you. No on-site management. Maintenance has come to my apartment 6 times to attempt to fix my ice maker and it’s still broken. It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. Trash left everywhere outside except in the dumpster. The walls that were perfectly fine on move in are separating leaving cracks. No sound proofing, I can hear my downstairs neighbor’s dog walking on their own floor.

Good luck getting in contact with management. Trash everywhere. Stuck renewing my lease bc they auto renew 3 months before your lease it up didn’t have time to find a new place or I would have. And right after my lease is renewed I’m hearing scurrying in the walls. Update: I stayed for two years, but after having my roof leak for 2 weeks straight and them do nothing about it, I decided to leave. I have rented 5 places before this one, always gotten my full deposit back as I’m an ideal tenant. I apparently owe them money. They took my entire deposit and are still trying to get more. I’m fighting this as $200 was for painting when I moved in there was scuffs and makes all over the walls luckily I was taught by my mom to always take pictures of everything before move in day. The apartments have nice kitchens and furnishings. Lots of tenants with dogs but I don’t hear barking at night, which is good. Maintenance has been responsive for my small issues. 4 months in and it’s a good experience living here. Finding parking near your apartment probably won’t always happen, but it isn’t a long walk usually.
