Miller's Rest Apartments

Having Lisa back is amazing. I’ve been here since these apartments opened, and she truly goes above and beyond for residents. She genuinely cares, listens, and never makes you feel judged. It’s really nice to have someone in the office who actually wants to help and make sure residents feel heard and supported. She works hard and it definitely shows

Having Lisa back has made a noticeable and positive difference in our community. Because she’s been here before, she truly understands the people and the needs of the neighborhood. She leads with both professionalism and heart. She’s always responsive, understanding, and on top of everything. It’s reassuring to have someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in making the community better. Her presence has not gone unnoticed, and it’s deeply appreciated.

I have lived at Miller’s Rest since they opened, and Lisa has been the most helpful during my time here. She answers promptly and does her best to get things done. Our maintenance has improved over the past few months, which has helped tremendously. I will say the area, is not the safest to live in. There’s police over this way a lot. There’s a lot of noise and marijuana use as well. Just not my personal preference to be around those things.

When I first moved in I was very happy. They were beautiful new apartments but as time went on it started going downhill. The cops and ambulances were there just about everyday. The tenants were loud and noisy and lots of drugs. The management team was always changing but I do have to say the new team is doing their best to make things better. I broke my lease, which I’ve never done because I didn’t feel safe. There was trash everywhere and I can go on and on but I won’t. I usually don’t give bad reviews because I’d rather give shoutouts to people who go above and beyond. There are other apartments in the area at decent prices and much safer.

I have been here since it opened and boy has it gone down hill quickly every time you go into the leasing office there is new staff. Fitness center still not open 2 years later. Maintenance requests ignored. Building is FILTHY. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Supposed to be affordable but rent was increased and I was told it was going to go up again! Police are in and out of the neighborhood daily, making it feel unsafe. So happy to be moving out!!
