Miller Crest Apartments

I cannot say good enough things about this place. I have lived here around 5 years. It is always landscaped very well. Pool is always clean. Alot of professionals live here. I can only speak about my experience in my building. Never any complaints. Very quiet and everyone really friendly. They take pets which is a blessing to most people including myself. You cannot find that much anywhere know a day. Any issues are addressed immediately. Manager Lee Johnson is a great human being and will help you as much as he can with anything. I plan on staying for a long time!

I have lived here almost 5 years. I absolutely love it here!! Well-maintained with beautiful grounds. Excellent location. Beautiful pool area, small playground, and little dog park are a few of the amenities. Services are great with friendly staff. Issues are addressed timely. You must try this maintenance-free living!!

While I did not end up renting from Miller Crest, I wanted to give a shout out to the best leasing agent I’ve ever spoken to, Shyanna. She went above and beyond for me. If she represents what it’s like to live here, you are in great hands. I would recommend based on my experience with her alone. Thanks again for your help!!

Lived here for 3 years and it was great! Lee is a fantastic landlord. Whenever we had any maintenance issues they were fixed quick and everyone who works at the front is great. I felt safe in my apartment and really enjoyed my time at Miller Crest. Would recommend it for anyone looking for a spot in JC.

As I finish packing for my upcoming move, I wanted to share my experience after spending the last 13 months living at Miller Crest Apartments. Overall, I had a positive experience. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, although I think they’re due for some updates. The cabinets look a bit dated, and the bathroom sink was chipped when I moved in. While it didn’t affect its functionality, it wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated that maintenance requests were typically addressed within a week or less. Greg was always kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance! One of the things I valued most about living here was the sense of safety—I lived alone and always felt secure, which gave me peace of mind. The location was also a huge plus. Everything felt close by: I cou
