Mill Pond

Me and my family have lived here for 2 years now and we have had a wonderful experience. The apartments are renovated, clean, and spacious. The ammenedies, while limited are well managed. Things such as the dog park, the mail and the trash are always kept clean. The maintenence team is so friendly and they attend to issues very quickly. The building itself is so quiet and peaceful, you feel like you're the only ones living there. I absolutely recommend Mill Pond to anyone!

I’ve lived here for just a few months but so far I’ve been impressed! Everything was very quick and seamless when moving in. I have an updated unit and was completely remodeled by the time I moved in. My building is quiet, and clean. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly addressed by management and maintenance! I have 2 small kids and they love the park. Parking is plentiful and the grounds are very well kept! If you’re looking for a nice and quiet area, Mill Pond is a great option!

I’ve lived at Mill Pond for about a year now, and I genuinely enjoy living here. From day one, it’s been clear that the staff truly cares about their residents and takes pride in maintaining a comfortable, welcoming community. Luke, the maintenance technician, absolutely deserves special recognition. He’s incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. The preventative maintenance they provide is outstanding and really shows how much they prioritize residents’ comfort and peace of mind. Overall, Mill Pond has been a great place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a community where residents are genuinely valued. One area for improvement would be increased security around the mailboxes.

We’ve lived here for almost 10 years.. When we first moved in, our circumstances weren’t ideal & we were on a very tight timeline. Management was incredibly swift & helped get us into an apartment almost immediately, which we’ll always be grateful for!! Maintenance has been amazing over the years, especially Luke. He’s dependable, kind, & genuinely cares. There have been times we’ve reached out late at night and he still promptly showed up to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed to us. The sense of community here is something to be noted as well.. Neighbors actually look out for one another, lend helping hands when needed, & treat each other with grace & respect. The kids love it here..during the summer there are always kids outside playi

I am a college-student at Ball State, and I love it here! I think it is safe and clean. The staff is also very welcoming, maintenance gets things done promptly, and the cleaning crew does a good job of cleaning the hallways regularly. I like that it is inclusive for everyone, families, kids, college students, and pets! It is a great community, and I would highly recommend it. The administration deserves applause for the community they have created, and I appreciate all they do and all the gestures they provide for the community!
