Mill Creek at Windemere Apartments

Gabriel from maintenance was super fast fixed my small issue within hours of when I put a request . I love everything about this community and feel so greatful to live in a clean safe well kept environment. The maintenance team is always out working keeping the apartments looking great. There’s not even one fallen leaf in the pool year round !

As a long term tenant at Mill Creek any issues are quickly resolved. The service team lead by Roberto Ramirez and excellent service technicians like Gabriel Osorio go above and beyond.

Resident since 2019, transferred units twice, overall experience has been lovely with expected apartment living hiccups. Current apartment is the absolute best. ☺️ Pros: community is well maintained (hallways and stairwells could use more attention) gorgeous area with lovely parks all around, diverse neighborhood, 5 star maintenance team, awesome public transportation system (bus, NOT Bart which is health hazard level disgusting), great housing team, front office is responsive via email - calling and/or in person might be a struggle as they work remotely, variety of unit types available - amenities like hard flooring, washer/dryer and super large oval tub are favorites, onsite gym is small but equipment is more than adequate and its free for residents 24/7 Cons: noise factor/insulation i

Review: Very disappointing experience with the management at Mill Creek at Windemere Apartments. The manager and the team act like they don’t care — it’s almost impossible to get a response when you apply or try to call. They ignore calls and messages, and there’s no proper communication. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can’t imagine how they treat tenants. The management really needs to do better.
