My refrigerator stopped working, so I submitted a maintenance request. Abdul reached out immediately, clearly communicated the next steps, and followed through on his promise. Since this was my first time moving into an apartment, I was hoping for a smooth transition into the senior apartment community. Unfortunately, my experience with the leasing process did not meet my expectations. I had scheduled an appointment with the leasing consultant during the week to view my new apartment one last time before move-in. When I arrived on Saturday, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the leasing consultant to locate a key to let me in. This was both inconvenient and disappointing, especially since the visit was prearranged. During the walkthrough, I also asked where the trash disposal area was located. We would like to share what a difference it makes having a Manager that cares about the residents, buildings and grounds. Without a doubt, I give Alan Males a five star rating, he is a Manager that listens to tenants, cares and get's the job done!

Abdul provided excellent and prompt customer service on a Saturday morning for a leaking toilet for my elderly parents. They very appreciative. Deer Creek is lucky to have him.
