Jagger has doing an outstanding job every time I have an issue? He addresses it promptly very polite explains what's going on how it works. When he's put it together vary intuitive. I'm very social with all the neighbors and when Jagger as gone for a while, everybody was asking me where did he go, did they fire him? I laughed. I wasn't sure where he was at either LLO great job. Thank you.

We stayed here for 18 months. That's how long the lease was. It's a nice apartment complex for the most part. You can hear and smell stuff your neighbors will cook. If you have kids, it's great since the park is walking distance. We were a family of 3, but needed more space for our growing family. The gym is way too small and the pool area is eh, feel like they could upgrade outside furniture. The maintenance people are great! And the person we met the first time from the leasing office was very nice as well. Some smoking happens. It's dog friendly, for those of you with pooches. Overall it's was a good apartment complex.

Jaeger Bowers was very responsive and helpful getting the old washer and dryer out and the new one installed. Also very tentative as I am 9 months pregnant and needed to get all the baby clothes washed.

Jagger does a great job for this place. Very responsible and attentive. Most of the time he’s the only one I see around here. He does a great job.

I have lived here for over 4 years and for the most part, it’s been a great experience. However, there are a couple of issues I feel need to be addressed. First, there is a smoking problem—someone smokes weed late at night, and the smell comes through our window. Notices have been posted asking people to stop, but the issue persists. Second, there have been ongoing problems with insurance charges. We submit our updated insurance every year, but this past year, we were told it wasn’t received and were going to be charged. I am on the lease and was never notified. My mom spoke with management, and they agreed to remove everything except $5.11, which doesn’t make sense—why not remove it all? We are good tenants, pay our bills on time, and it feels unreasonable to leave a small balance like
