Midvale South Apartments

I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here, primarily because of the behavior of the property manager. She consistently treats residents unfairly and appears to target people based on their race. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable anywhere, especially in a place people call home. In addition, she has made extremely inappropriate and unprofessional comments about people’s bodies — even going as far as to fat-shame residents, saying that they would “break the floor by sitting on a chair.” This kind of remark is degrading and completely uncalled for. Living here has been really upsetting. Almost everything about this place is great. The manager is very kind and they have fast maintenance. I would recommend this place especially if you are a student because it is close to UCLA and there are many great restaurants around it. One thing to consider is that this apartment is close to the main street so it not super quiet.
