Where do I start 🤔.... I agree partially with Darrels statement becauese kids will be kids.... The adults however seem to be apart of the main problem....... As for the part about the management but id like to add how unprofessional the staff is. I understand it could be difficult Managing 47 units especially when you're too busy gossiping with the tenants. The now manager is constantly smoking cigarettes in front of the main door facing towards the st and doesn't seem to care about the image or well being of their tenants health. 10 ft away MEANS 10 FT AWAY.... The main entrance door way has become central for animals to piss and sometimes poo. The washers are filled with scum and pet hair and has dirty floors. The building smells and the 5 key pads only allow you to enter if your apartme

Poor management the big “maintenance supervisor” is so rude and harasses kids.not only that the dogs pee and poop anywhere and the ground is so dirty . They locked the community room and it cost money now when before it was free? And the game room too ,washer and dryers are also full of dog hair and the residents are rude but there are some chill ones, people do drugs in the apartments too very smelly also in the hallways . Manager is nice though, there has been drug needles found out on the side walk and bags of drugs laying around on the ground . And the playground is full of dog crap and pee

Great place for families to live and great management. The apartments are all new and beautiful on the inside. Would highly recommend.

Why cant you just post pricing or pet policy upfront... Why is it that we need to call to see if we can even live there
