Heater problem: The house heater system failed intermittently. I informed Erin at Middel Realty only 40 minutes ago and Mike (head of the maintenance team) knocked on the door. He was prepared, got right to work and fixed the problem. I can truly say that the only thing hotter than our heater is the Middel Realty team. Thanks again for your quick response.

Amazing experience! Extremely clean and Pristine homes. Application process was quick and easy. Erin made the move in process feel effortless and had the best move in goodie basket waiting for me on the counter. I have never felt more welcomed with a move.

We have rented from Middel Realty for almost a year and we will be here for many years to come. We have had nothing but good experiences with Marc, Matt, Susan and Christian. Their customer service is the best bar none. Anything that needs fixing, big or small, they have been there that day or the next, to take care of it with a smile. I have never heard of a landlord this incredible from anyone, anywhere. The folks at Middel are not only responsive and easy to work with, they’re friendly too. Their policies are easy to understand and make common sense. You will find it easy to work with everyone from their office staff to their maintenance crews. I recommend them to anyone at all.
