Definitely one of the better property managers in Worcester. Even their older apartments are very clean and well cared for. I haven’t been with them long, but based on what I’ve seen and heard so far, the pricing is fair and they’re easy to work with. Ryan was excellent throughout the process and made everything straightforward.

Application and move-in was seamless and I've been in the same location since. Repairs, if needed, are handled quickly, management staff are responsive and kind, and so far I've loved being here. The building is generally quiet, conveniently located, and secure. While there has been a few stolen packages since living here, I don't put the blame on the company - the delivery drivers appear to be either unable or just plain refuse to use the intercom even when requested to do so. Northborough Location: Management finally changed trash pick up to 2x a week so the dumpster doesn't overflow anymore Update after being here 2 years. Pipes frequently leak in the hallways and laundry room because they don't heat the building properly in the winter. Ripped open exposed ceilings in the hallways. They also decided to move all of our mailboxes outside which is completely stupid. Packages left outside by the mailboxes will get wet or damaged and the front door is frequently broken and unusable. They don't want to invest a single dime into making this place any better for anybody. The laundry on site still sucks. Your clothes will never be dry, and they charge 25 cents for extra time on the dryer so your clothes will still end up wet at an additional cost. Only 6 washers and

Edit 3: We got a job offer a distance away from our apartment a little over a month after renewing the lease. Micozzi has actually been incredibly cooperative in helping us move to another Micozzi owned apartment closer to that job. Not being ungraceful rather they are carrying themselves with dignity and kindness. Also they did not raise our rent either of the 2 times we renewed our lease. Edit 2: Something I am amazed by though is their repairs. We’ve had a mouse problem in the apartment complex, that they set traps in every room. Yesterday I saw one scurry under my oven, sent an email late at night and next morning they sealed things up and laid extra traps. I had propped a window open for it did not naturally stay open.
