Michigan Certified Home Inspection

After three home inspections with us, Hassan from Michigan Certified Home Inspection looked at today’s house and said, “I hope I never see you again”—and we all laughed, because we finally found the one. Buying a home can be so tedious and overwhelming, but Hassan makes it feel manageable. He’s been patient, informative, honest, and has truly had our best interests at heart every single time. He takes his time explaining things without ever making us feel rushed or silly for asking a million questions. This was our third time working with him, and his consistent care and professionalism impressed us each step of the way. 5 stars. Absolutely recommend. (And hopefully we won’t need him again…but if we ever do, we know who to call!)

This guys is a fraud. He works with Realestate agents, I paid him for the inspection for my home, he said he inspected everything and said no issues. After I paid him, I asked him about the roof, he said he didn’t go up there, I said why? He didn’t give me a clear answer. Months later I get a leak in my roof, and I hire a roof estimator to tell me what’s going on, and he says my entire roof needs to be changed, there are cracks everywhere. I would push for legal action against this person, and I am still debating. Someone who you pay to inspect such common problems, should not fail to do. To me this seems intentional.
