I had the worst experience with Celeste Gee! I would never recommend this entire office to anyone. My agent Celeste only cares about the bottoms line. Are you going to buy a house so she can get paid?! She is very condescending and the rudest real estate agent I’ve ever met. Her customer service was non existent. As a first time home buyer I was expecting to have actual help finding a house. Instead, I ended up being the one that found every house that we toured. I followed up with my mortgage company to ensure that everything was on track for me to close on time. She rarely had time to talk and always kept the conversation short, so most of the time I was asking other people for advice when my agent should have been available to help! My largest issue was when my closing was approaching

Jim Wallen is an awesome agent. He cares for his clients needs and works hard for you. He truly spent weeks ensuring that we found the perfect house that suits our family's needs. We came to him preapproved for a mortgage and he helped us switch banks to find one that better suited our needs. He is honest and direct. He many contacts for things like inspections but never made us feel like we had to choose his contacts. He truly made this stressful time as smooth as it could be. Thank you!

When I tell people of my experience with Joe Kadaf, they are in utter disbelief about our experience. He was dishonest through the entirety of the home buying process. He urged us not to get a inspection on the home we were about to purchase from him stating that the home had already got an inspection and is "completely updated and you have nothing to worry about". I hired an inspector and they found several issues wrong with the home. Joe addressed maybe 3 of the 12 things we had listed for him and we still moved forward with the process since it took us almost 2 years to find a home to our liking. The day before closing, we did a final walk through and noticed there was no drain in the basement. Not sure how this wasn't found by inspector but we called joe and he said that it's somewher
