Closed on our 1st house on Wednesday 1/9/2019 we are very happy and excited about making this choice for our new home. I can't wait to actually get totally moved into our house.

First time at a purchase closing, felt like it was a investigation room. Vibes are off, ppl are not excited (which i get its their 10000 closing) but come on, DO BETTER. It's not what you say its how you say it and everything was delivered very terribly.

Terrible experience dealing with this company. At the very least, have a sense of urgency when dealing with people's money. Don't give confirmation on tasks being completed, and when the time comes, they are not completed. Repeatedly giving confirmations of requests being processed when they had never been fulfilled. I'm sorry for whoever else deals with an office full of incompetent individuals who genuinely do not care about their clients and their home buying experience.

This was the Worst I mean the worst disrespectful, lack of customer service rude experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy! They took forever to process my order they dodged answering questions they were not helpful at all! I am in the process now of filing a claim with my Attorney just to get simple questions answered! The way one of their staff members spoke to me I believe her name was Kim or Debbie she should be immediately Fired! She was so dismissive and was not helpful or attentive at all rude attitude, yelling just very unprofessional! I give this a negative 5 Stars if your considering this company turn away and go to another title company!

Disrespectful,route, dont waste your time and money. Ask for different titles company to work with. These nasty fukers would full ur deed with typos and wont even fix their mistakes, they would hang the phone on ur face. Basically they charge u around $500 and whatever wrong with the Deeds you going to have to deal with it or you going to end up spending more expensive just to fix their mistakes for them. Run run run don't waste ur time and money. especially Debbie and Kim I think there is also Karen 😅😅😅
