Melissa and Michelle are an excellent team. Melissa was patient and informative and kind through all of the homes that she found for us to view and just as happy as we were when we found a new home to move to! Even though our home did not sell during the time frame that we purchased a different home, Melissa and Michell were so very helpful and encouraging through the process. We started looking in TV area in 2019, before covid amd myself being afflicted with longterm covid, so our house requirements changed. Michelle Ham turned quickly with these new requirements and found houses meeting our needs. When we incurred issues on the sale of our house in Illinois, she kept our sellers advised until they had to move on, but Michelle, once again, quickly found additional houses to view, even with my wife's preferences we even coordinated on short notice for a same day trip from Illinois to Tn, which we found our new beautiful home in Tellico Village.
