Our Realtor, Deb Santos, went above and beyond to help us locate the "right" house for us. We're from Minnesota. On our first visit to Tellico Village (TV) in early January 2024 . . . we arrived just in time for a major snowfall (8+ inches) the worst in the area in almost 30 years. Deb still took the time to arrange several showings, driving us around the unplowed roads including a tour of the community, even though everything was closed. We didn't find "the one" on that trip, or the next trip. However, Deb kept working, keeping us updated almost everyday of new listings that fit our criteria.
