Horrible, unethical company. We already had a realtor (nothing signed-she just sold us a house before we moved to Tellico Village) but saw a place we wanted to see in the village. The listed said contact Michelle Marquez. We did. We told her we were working with someone else but we liked a house we wanted to visit. Took her over a week to get an appointment . She flat out lied and and said we had to sign a document to see the house but it was only for that house. We made an offer (knowing Michelle would get the commission. The offer was rejected. (Sold 6 months later for same price of our offer). We thought we were done with Michelle which was good because we found her rude. Now I find her a rotten person. We ended up buying a house in the village with our realtor 4 months later and Cree-L

Highly recommend Crye-Leike Realtors and more specifically Terri Overton of Loudon/Tellico Village. Buying and selling can be a stressful process, so finding the right realtor is critical. Terri not only helped me sell my first home, but immediately found my forever home. She was thorough with her research, as well as patient and understanding with me as I was very picky and specific with my must-haves. Communication was great and the entire process was very smooth! Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with and trust with one of life's biggest investments!

I have been dealing with a very unresponsive realtor who sold me something faulty on FB Marketplace. I have tried numerous times on several different social media accounts, work accounts and personal phone to get some assistance with the item. Sadly it would have take one call and yet there has been no response. I spoke directly to the Broker who assured me he would pass along the message to Chris. I hope that the entire realty office does not conduct themselves in this fashion.
