I was Mia's first listing as a real-estate agent and after getting all the paperwork and finally setting a sale price she went to work. She had her photographer and sign installer come by and do his thing and after the pictures posted on the MLS the house pretty much sold itself in one day.. Mia's worked hard to get the full asking price with a conventional loan, which sped up the closing time. I would use Mia again as she is a very energetic and compassionate real estate agent.
