We built a home with M/I Homes in a different community where George Sabert was our sales representative. During our time working with him, he mentioned that he planned to move to this community once it opened, which is why I’m sharing our experience here for prospective buyers. To be fair, building a home is a complicated process and mistakes can happen. However, our experience with George went far beyond occasional mistakes. Throughout the sales phase, he frequently provided incorrect or misleading information about options, pricing, and what was included in the home. In several situations the information turned out to be plainly inaccurate after the fact, which left us feeling misled and forced to deal with unexpected issues that could have been avoided with better knowledge and trans
