Williamsburg of Lebanon Apartments

This and anything managed by Dawn Management are probably the best places you can find for the price in Lebanon. In many ways, I regret moving from here, but no use crying over spilled milk. Biggest cons are there is no central air and you don't control the heat, but that's because management pays for it. Biggest pros are that it's an extremely safe area and very agreeable for noise-sensitive people like me: only two units on each floor that are across the hall from each other. I had some issues, but that's to be expected with older apartments, and they were taken care of quickly. Betty is super sweet.

I had a great experience with the woman in the leasing office her name is Betty. She was kind, very responsive, and always helpful whenever I had questions. Her professionalism really made a difference.

The move-in and application process was made simple and easy thanks to Betty and David! Betty and David were very helpful and responsive during the whole process! They always answered questions in a timely manner. Betty is understanding and makes me feel valued as a resident here! The reason it is not a 5 star review is when I moved into the apartment it had a smell that took some intense cleaning to remove. Additionally the bathroom was not clean, and it required some TLC as well. Other than that, this is a great place to live and an amazing first apartment at a very reasonable price point! :)

We moved in from the Philippines with no hassles. From the application to the actual move-in, everything went smoothly. David and Betty were so helpful and welcoming. Whenever we got issues or concerns, they’re very responsive and makes sure everything is well taken care off. The apartment is clean and neighbours are very respectful and quiet, never had an issue with noise ever!

Excellent first apartment! Betty and Dawn Management do an superb job managing the place. When the water was not draining well in my tub, they were prompt to fix it. When I had to end my lease early, Betty worked to get a renter in so I wouldn't have to pay a penalty and I could get my security deposit back! My only complaint is that the previous renter was a smoker so I had to wash the walls and ceilings with vinegar and water to get the smell out (which worked surprisingly well). Otherwise, I had good experience at Williamsburg and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in Lebanon for a reasonable price.
